Using a method called the Carbon Dioxide Process, The Cornish Tea company use NO chemical solvents. (nearly all other coffee companies do!)
Without going too deep into the science.. Carbon Dioxide is compressed until a liquid then pushed through the green beans under pressure until the decaffeinated part of the coffee has gone, the beauty is that it doesn't remove the lovely flavour or essential oils, by using carbon dioxide and nothing else!!
Millions of people wont get headaches from drinking Decaffeinated coffee, as long as they drink Cornish Coffee!!
